How to adjust size


1. Take out your shoe’s insole
Be sure to use the shoe in which you will be placing your new Healix insoles.
2. Align the insoles
With your old insole on top, align the two to the heel and inner side of your old insole.
3. Check the sizing
If your insole aligns with one of the pre-marked sizing lines, feel free to skip to step 6 and cut along your size.
4. Trace the line
Take a marker to with which you can clearly mark the old insole’s size on your Healix insole.
5. Remove the old insole
Once the line is marked, put away your old insoles and prepare to cut your Healix to size.
6. Cut the Healix insole
With a pair of sharp scissors, carefully cut along the line you made and dispose of the excess material once you’re done.
7. Replace insoles
Place your new Healix insoles that you adjusted to size into the pair of shoes you used to trace the size and enjoy!

How to add arch support


1. Flip
Flip over your Healix insoles so their bottom faces up. Make sure to check if you’re using the arch support pads with the correct side.
2. Stick
Take the arch support pads, align them with the felted area and press the Velcro side to the felt.
